Since I'm having a hard time combining boxing and weight lifting I want to try someting different this week. Can't catch lowkicks when my legs are sore from heavy squats. So will try some Tabata style workouts this week. Oh what pain I will feel :)
Schedule so far: boxing on monday, tuesday and wednesday. Tabata training for chest and abs thursday, legs friday, back saturday. But then I miss arms hmmm.. Need to think about it some more.
For those of you who don't know what Tabata is, google it, it is 4 minutes of pure and utter pain :)
